About UnMaking Boxes’ Fun & Interactive Learning Experiences

Interactive learning experiences are a fun balance between play, engaging and creative activities, self-reflection, and motivational coaching, tailored to your challenges and goals.

Participants dive into playful group activities, collaborative pair work, and guided self-reflection—all designed to inspire curiosity, communication, compassion, connection, and creativity.

These experiences are delivered as one-off 3–5-hour intensives, OR as part of a multisession series for more in-depth and ongoing personal and team development.

1. UnMake Your Box: Build a Stronger Team

Unmake limiting beliefs and counter-productive patterns through energizing group activities, creative and thought-provoking exercises, and guided self-reflection. This workshop invites participants to use literal boxes to represent figurative boxes (such as job titles, role expectations and self-imposed limitations), unmake them, and intentionally design new approaches to work and life. The session strengthens team connection and compassion, helping people align individual aspirations with their team’s collective purpose and leave with a “we’re all in this together” mindset.

Ideal for teams navigating transitions, teams wanting to strengthen connection and compassion on a deeper level, and anyone seeking more purpose and motivation in their work and life.

2. Team Building Fun: Connection, Creativity & Compassion

Come together with your team for an energizing session where you play together, learn together, and tackle creative challenges together. Through games and collaborative problem‑solving, participants discover what they have in common and see new sides of one another. The atmosphere is exciting and fun, yet intentionally designed to build trust, spark creativity, and make it easier to show up as real humans, and not just as job titles.
